Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and FUCAO Import-Export and Trading Limited Liability Company, the operator of the Sportsbet.cat mobile application ("Sportsbet.cat" or the "App"). FUCAO Import-Export and Trading LLC is a company registered in Vietnam with its address at 41 Lane 43, Cau Coc Street, Tay Mo Ward, Ha Noi, Vietnam (referred to as the "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using Sportsbet.cat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other applicable rules or policies we may publish (collectively, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

No Real-Money Gambling: Sportsbet.cat is a social betting platform for entertainment purposes only. The App does not offer real-money gambling – no actual money is required to play, and no real money or prizes can be won. All betting within the App is simulated with virtual tokens or points. Sportsbet.cat is not a real betting service, and no monetary value is attached to any in-app points or virtual goods you may win or purchase. By using the App, you understand and agree that Sportsbet.cat is not a gambling platform, and your use of any betting features is solely for fun and bragging rights.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise accessing or using Sportsbet.cat, you accept these Terms and agree to abide by them. You represent that you have the legal capacity and authority to agree to these Terms on your own behalf (and, if applicable, on behalf of any minor 18+ for whom you are a parent/guardian as permitted by Section 3 below).

You should read these Terms carefully in their entirety before using the App. If you do not agree, you must not use Sportsbet.cat. We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App (and/or on our website if applicable), with a new "Last Updated" date. We may also notify you of material changes (for example, via in-app notification or email), but are not obligated to do so. Continued use of Sportsbet.cat after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for changes. If you do not accept an updated version of the Terms, you must stop using the App.

These Terms incorporate by reference any additional rules or guidelines we may post regarding specific features (such as contest rules or community guidelines). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any additional rules, these Terms will take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

No Agency Relationship: Your use of Sportsbet.cat does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and the Company. These Terms are between you and the Company only, not with Apple, Google, or any other platform provider. You acknowledge that Apple and Google (as applicable) are not parties to these Terms and bear no responsibility for the App's content or maintenance.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use Sportsbet.cat. In certain jurisdictions, the required minimum age to use a social sports betting app may be 21 years or older – for example, some U.S. states mandate a minimum age of 21 for simulated sports wagering. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the applicable age requirement before using the App. By registering or using Sportsbet.cat, you affirm that you are 18+ and, if your local law requires a higher age (such as 21), that you meet that age requirement.

Legal Eligibility: You may only use the App if it is legal to do so in your jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that your use of Sportsbet.cat is not prohibited by any law applicable to you, and that you are not located in a region where social gaming or simulated betting is illegal. We make no representations that the App is available or appropriate in any particular jurisdiction, and we may restrict or block access to the App in certain locations at our discretion. If you access the App from a location with laws governing online gaming or betting simulations, you are solely responsible for complying with those laws. We are not liable if your use of the App is in violation of the laws of your jurisdiction.

21+ Jurisdictions: If you are located in a jurisdiction that mandates 21+ for participation in simulated betting or gaming apps, you must be 21 or older to use Sportsbet.cat. We may ask you to verify your age (for example, by requiring an ID or using age-gating measures) and may suspend or terminate accounts that we suspect are being used by underage persons.

No Use by Minors: Individuals under 18 (or under the required age in their jurisdiction) are strictly prohibited from using Sportsbet.cat. If we discover or have reason to believe you are underage, we may terminate or suspend your account immediately. If you are a parent or guardian, you must not allow any minor to access the App via your account, and you agree to supervise any use of the App by minors for whom you are responsible. You accept full responsibility for any unauthorized use of the App by minors, including any financial charges or legal liabilities incurred.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of Sportsbet.cat (such as participating in competitions or leaderboards), you will need to create a user account ("Account"). When creating an Account, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information and to keep it updated (e.g. if you change your email address or phone number). You may be required to choose a unique username and a secure password.

One Account Rule: Each user may only create one Account. Creating multiple accounts for one person is prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts associated with the same individual, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the duplicate accounts and/or merge or delete accounts as appropriate. Similarly, you must not create an account on behalf of someone else or transfer your account to another person. Your Account is personal to you.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password or allow others to access your Account. You agree to notify us immediately at our support contact if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether or not authorized by you. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account, and you agree to indemnify us for any losses we incur due to someone else using your Account (with or without your permission).

Account Verification: We reserve the right to require verification of your identity or eligibility at any time. This may include requests for proof of age or other information. Failure to respond to a verification request may result in account suspension. We may reject any username that impersonates someone else, is or may be illegal, is protected by trademark or other proprietary rights, is vulgar or offensive, or could cause confusion.

Account Termination: We have the right to deny the creation of an account or terminate any account that, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or for any other legitimate reason. (See Termination section below for more details.) If your account is terminated or suspended, you forfeit any virtual items, points, or status associated with the account, without any compensation.

4. Virtual Currency and In-App Purchases

Sportsbet.cat may include virtual, non-monetary items such as virtual coins, points, tokens, credits, or other in-app digital items (collectively, "Virtual Currency" or "Virtual Items"). You may be able to earn a certain amount of Virtual Currency for free through gameplay (for example, by completing challenges or daily check-ins), and you may also have the option to purchase additional Virtual Currency with "real world" money through the App's in-app purchase mechanisms. All use of Virtual Currency in the App is subject to the following terms:

License to Virtual Currency: When you obtain Virtual Currency (whether by earning it in-game or purchasing it), you are purchasing a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use that Virtual Currency exclusively within the App for entertainment purposes. Virtual Currency is not property and does not confer any ownership rights; it remains the sole property of the Company. This license is personal to you and cannot be sold, transferred, or traded to anyone else, except only through the in-app features as explicitly allowed. We reserve the right to manage, control, modify or eliminate Virtual Currency in our sole discretion, and we shall have no liability to you or anyone for the exercise of such rights.

No Monetary Value & No Cash Redemption: Virtual Currency has no real-world monetary value. It cannot be exchanged for cash or any real goods or money from us or any other party. Even if you "win" or accumulate large amounts of Virtual Currency within the App, it is not real money, and you have no right to convert it into real money. Likewise, any virtual rewards, trophies, or leaderboard positions in the App are purely symbolic and confer no tangible value or rights.

All Sales Final; No Refunds: Purchases of Virtual Currency (or other virtual goods) are final and non-refundable, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Once you purchase a package of coins or other Virtual Items, you cannot get a refund for any reason, including if you are banned or if any Virtual Currency is lost due to a violation of these Terms. We may, in our sole discretion, grant refunds in extraordinary circumstances (for example, to comply with local laws), but we are not obligated to provide any credit or refund for virtual purchases.

Non-Transferability: You cannot transfer, sell, gift, exchange, or trade Virtual Currency outside of the App. Any attempted sale or transfer of Virtual Items outside the authorized in-app platform is strictly prohibited and void. This means, for example, you are not allowed to sell your account or Virtual Currency for real money or exchange Virtual Currency between different apps or services. We may terminate or suspend your account if we find you have attempted to buy or sell Virtual Currency or accounts through third-party platforms.

Account Termination: If your Account is terminated, suspended, or reset for any reason (whether by you or by us), you will lose access to all Virtual Currency associated with that account, and no compensation will be provided for any unused Virtual Currency. All Virtual Currency is forfeited if we terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms or if the App is discontinued. Similarly, if we delete or remove any Virtual Currency from your account because of suspected fraud, violation of rules, or error correction, no refund will be granted and no conversion to cash or any other form of credit will be given.

No Partial Cash-Out: Under no circumstances can any unused Virtual Currency be redeemed or cashed out. Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, to you. You have no right to a refund or any compensation for any unused Virtual Currency, except as expressly required by law.

In-App Purchase Process: Purchases of Virtual Currency are processed via the Apple App Store (for iOS). When you make an in-app purchase, you are also subject to the payment terms and conditions of the app store (e.g., Apple Media Services terms). Ensure you understand those payment and billing terms. We do not control the transaction process and do not have access to your payment information (such as credit card numbers) aside from receiving confirmation of payment. If you have an issue with billing (e.g., accidental purchase, double charge), you may need to contact the app store's support. We disclaim liability for payment processing issues beyond our control.

Taxes: Prices for Virtual Currency include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any internet or mobile fees you incur while downloading or using the App or making purchases (such as data charges or SMS fees from your carrier).

Promotions and Giveaways: We may occasionally offer promotions such as bonus Virtual Currency, discount bundles, or "no purchase necessary" contests where you can obtain Virtual Items without payment. Any such promotions are subject to these Terms as well as any additional official rules we provide for the promotion. Abuse of promotions (e.g., creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus) is a violation of these Terms.

In summary, Virtual Currency in Sportsbet.cat is play money only – it is part of the game experience and not redeemable for anything of value outside the App. You acknowledge that we may regulate, modify, or eliminate Virtual Currency at any time, and that we have no liability to you in the exercise of such discretion.

5. Social Competitions, Leaderboards, and Fair Play

Sportsbet.cat features social betting competitions and leaderboards where users can compete for virtual points and bragging rights. While these competitions are simulations and no real money or prizes are awarded, we strive to maintain a fair and fun environment for all players. By participating in any contest, challenge, tournament, or leaderboard on the App (collectively, "Competitions"), you agree to the following rules and principles of fair play:

Entertainment Only: All Competitions are for entertainment and friendly competition. There is no monetary reward – your ranking or results in any Competition are purely for status within the App.

Official Rules: Each Competition may have specific rules (e.g. how points are scored, duration, tie-breaking, etc.) posted in the App. You agree to abide by the rules and any decisions of the Company regarding winners, scoring, or disqualifications. Our decisions in all matters relating to Competition results are final and binding.

No Cheating or Exploitation: You must play fairly and not engage in any behavior that gives you an unfair advantage in a Competition. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Using multiple accounts or coordinating with other users to artificially boost scores or rankings.
• Exploiting any bugs, glitches, or loopholes in the App to gain more points or influence outcomes.
• Using any automated means (bots, scripts, or other software) to make bets or plays on your behalf.
• Colluding with other users to affect the outcome of any simulated bet or challenge (for example, sharing answers or predetermined outcomes).
• Engaging in win-trading (taking turns letting each other win) or any manipulation of mechanics that isn't within intended gameplay.

No Betting Pools Outside App: All simulated betting is meant to occur within the App's structured system. Organizing or participating in any external betting pools, real-money wagers, or unofficial competitions based on the App's content is strictly prohibited within the context of using our Service.

Leaderboards: If the App offers leaderboards or rankings, those are provided for fun and competitive spirit. We reserve the right to adjust leaderboard standings in case of errors or suspected cheating. If you believe a score or ranking is in error, you may contact us, but our determination of correct standings will be final.

Anti-Cheat Measures: We employ systems (automated and manual) to detect fraud and cheating. If we determine that you have cheated or violated the rules, we may, at our discretion, invalidate your score or results, disqualify you from a Competition, and/or suspend or terminate your Account. We may also revoke any virtual rewards earned through misconduct.

No Advantage Through Purchases: Sportsbet.cat may allow buying virtual coins or boosters, but any such purchases will not provide an unfair advantage in competitions. They might allow you to play more or customize your experience, but competitions are intended to be skill/luck-based on an even playing field. If any feature is found to imbalance competition, we reserve the right to adjust or disable it.

Reporting Cheating: If you suspect any player of cheating or unfair play, please report it to us through the in-app reporting tool or via our support contact. We will investigate and take action if appropriate. However, to prevent abuse, you must not falsely report others or attempt to harass competitors with baseless accusations.

Fair Play Acknowledgment: By participating, you acknowledge that the outcome of Competitions may depend on various factors including your knowledge, predictive skill, sports events outcomes (for prediction games), and sometimes chance. You accept the results as announced. You also acknowledge that simulated betting outcomes are fictional and for enjoyment – for example, if the App simulates odds or betting lines, these are part of gameplay and may not reflect real-world odds.

We are dedicated to keeping Sportsbet.cat a fun, fair, and social experience. Any form of fraudulent, dishonest, or abusive play violates these Terms and can result in penalties including loss of virtual winnings, account suspension, or termination.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

We expect all users of Sportsbet.cat to behave respectfully and lawfully. You agree that you will NOT engage in any of the following conduct while using the App or any related services:

Illegal Activities: You will not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in furtherance of illegal activities. This includes (but is not limited to) posting content or engaging in activity that promotes illegal gambling operations, or any content that promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene or defamatory. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using Sportsbet.cat.

Harassment and Hate: You will not harass, bully, or threaten other users. Any content you post or communicate within the App must not promote racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm against any group or individual. Hate speech, slurs, or encouragement of violence is strictly prohibited. Similarly, you must not stalk, dox (publish private information about), or intimidate any person.

Offensive or Sexual Content: You will not post or share any content that is pornographic, sexually explicit, or gratuitously violent. This includes any User Content of a sexual or offensive nature. Mild trash-talk related to sports may be acceptable, but profanity or offensive insults directed at others are not allowed.

Terrorism and Extremism: You must not use the App to promote or glorify terrorism, extremism, or violence. Any User Content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism or religious hatred is forbidden.

Cheating and Unauthorized Access: You will not use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods or any unauthorized third-party software designed to interfere with or modify the App's functionality or to gain an unfair advantage. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or another user's account, nor will you interfere with or disrupt the servers or networks connected to the App (for example, by sending a virus, overloading, or crashing the App).

Impersonation and Fraud: You will not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent yourself (such as pretending to be a Company official, another user, or a celebrity). You will not engage in any fraudulent behavior, such as attempting to scam other users, phishing for account information, or making false claims to us (e.g., false refund requests or false reports).

Commercial Activities: You will not use Sportsbet.cat for any unauthorized commercial purpose. This means you cannot advertise or solicit any goods or services, or use the App to promote a business, without our prior written approval. User Content of a commercial nature without authorization from us is prohibited. For example, you may not spam other users with promotional messages or post advertisements or referral codes in public chats without permission.

Promoting Competitors: You will not promote or link to competing platforms or services within the App. Posting User Content that promotes the services of another business or competitor of Sportsbet.cat is not allowed.

Spam and Misuse: You will not spam others with repetitive or irrelevant messages. Creating bots or scripts to mass-message or mass-invite people, posting repetitive content, or any other form of nuisance behavior is forbidden. You will also refrain from excessive use of caps, excessive tagging, or other practices that degrade the user experience for others.

Intellectual Property Infringement: You will not upload or share content that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights (such as copyright, trademark, or publicity rights). This includes posting images, text, or music that you do not have permission to use.

Game Integrity: You will not exploit any bugs or design loopholes in the App's betting simulations or competition mechanics. If you discover a bug that potentially provides an unintended advantage or allows you to do something outside the intended gameplay, you should report it to us and not use it for personal gain. Exploiting the App in ways not intended by the developers is a violation of these Terms.

Interference with Other Users: You will not intentionally interfere with or disrupt another user's enjoyment of the App. This includes tactics like griefing (deliberately irritating or angering people in-game), sabotaging others' gameplay in an unintended manner, or any behavior that in our judgment negatively affects the community.

Circumventing Restrictions: You will not attempt to circumvent any content filtering techniques or security measures we employ, or access any features or areas of the App that you are not authorized to access. This includes trying to use the App if we've suspended or banned you, or using a VPN or other means to bypass geographic restrictions that we have put in place.

Violation of any of the above User Conduct rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account and could even expose you to legal liability. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected breaches of this section and may report any unlawful activity to law enforcement authorities if appropriate.

7. User-Generated Content and Community Standards

Sportsbet.cat may allow users to create, submit, or share content such as profile information, comments, chat messages, predictions, posts in forums, or other material ("User-Generated Content" or "UGC"). By submitting any UGC in or through the App, you agree to the following terms:

Content Ownership: You retain any intellectual property rights you hold in the content you create and share on Sportsbet.cat. We do not claim ownership of your original UGC. However, by submitting or posting UGC, you grant us certain rights to that content as described below.

License to Use Your Content: When you post, upload, or otherwise contribute UGC to the App, you hereby grant the Company and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display your UGC (in whole or in part) and any name, username or likeness provided in connection with your content, in any media formats and channels now known or later developed, for the purposes of operating, developing, providing, and promoting the App and our services.

UGC Responsibility: You understand that you are solely responsible for any content that you create, upload, or share on Sportsbet.cat. This means you assume all risks associated with your UGC, including anyone's reliance on its accuracy, or any disclosure by you of information in your content that makes you personally identifiable.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Sportsbet.cat (including the App itself, its software, design, graphics, text, content provided by us, and all other elements of the App) is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to, the Sportsbet.cat name and logo, all graphics, logos, button icons, videos, images, audio clips, editorial content, software code, and the arrangement and compilation of the content. All rights are reserved by the Company.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and personally use the Sportsbet.cat App on your compatible device(s) solely for your own non-commercial entertainment use.

9. In-App Advertising and Third-Party Links

Sportsbet.cat may be supported by advertising revenue and may display advertisements and promotions from us or third parties within the App. The App may also contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by us.

10. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our practices concerning the collection, use, and disclosure of user data are explained in our Privacy Policy (which is incorporated into these Terms by reference). By using Sportsbet.cat, you agree that we can collect, use, and share your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination and Suspension

You may stop using Sportsbet.cat at any time. You may also request to delete your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account and your access to the App, in our sole discretion, if we believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law, or if you engage in behavior that we deem harmful to the community or to our interests.

12. Disclaimers of Warranties

Sportsbet.cat is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the App and any content or features obtained through it is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the App and your use thereof.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Company or its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or any other losses or damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) Sportsbet.cat, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, partners, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) that arise out of or are related to your use or misuse of Sportsbet.cat, your violation of any of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or your infringement or violation of any other party's rights.

15. Electronic Communications

By using Sportsbet.cat, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us. These communications may include emails, in-app messages, push notifications, or notices posted on the App.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of Sportsbet.cat, shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

17. Miscellaneous

These Terms (along with any other rules or policies incorporated by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and any game rules or promotion terms) constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of Sportsbet.cat.
